To upgrade an Agent and make them better at what they do, you’ll need to collect their Agent Cards. Agent Cards can be acquired by completing Goals, earning Influencer rewards, or by opening Briefcases. You’ll also need to spend Cocktails.

Once you have the necessary number of Agent Cards and Cocktails, open the Agent Dossier and select the desired Agent to upgrade them. The best part? Agent upgrades persist even once an Operation ends and all Simulations are reset!
