Krieger is a busy man, so Anime Bride has created the Black Market to allow him to outsource coding and acquire new holographic Agents or upgrade Simulations faster. These code deliveries are represented visually via a Briefcase —the kind of item one might use for illicit Black Market transactions! Programming can be full of surprises, however, so understand what you’re getting before you trade in your Kriegerrands.

As a general rule, the contents of a Briefcase (or “Case” for short) are determined at random within the guarantee guidelines. It doesn't consider any factors such as what skill sets your team of Agents might be lacking. However, there are some guidelines:
  • A Timer Case guarantees Cash, with a chance at Common, Rare and Epic Agents.
  • A Gold Case guarantees Cash, Cocktails, and Rare Agents, with a chance for other Agent rewards as well.
  • A Legendary Case guarantees even more Cash, Cocktails, Rare Agents AND Epic Agents, as well as the possibility for Simulation Cards and other Agent Rewards.
Events have their own unique Briefcases. They are redeemable only during the Event and provide Event content exclusively. Content includes, but is not limited to, Event-specific Agents, Simulations, Cash and Cocktails.

Each Event will have a unique distribution of rewards available in each Briefcase. The baseline is as follows, but Events can and will change this distribution at will.
  • A Timer Case guarantees Event Cocktails with a chance at Event Simulation cards, Event Rare Agent cards and Event Epic Agent cards.
  • A Gold Case guarantees Event Cash, Event Rare Agents and Event Cocktails with a chance at Event Simulations, more Event Rare Agents, Event Epic Agents and more Event Cocktails.
  • A Legendary Case guarantees Event Cash, Event Cocktails, Event Epic Agents, Event Rare Agents with a chance at Event Simulations, more Event Rare and Epic Agents, Kriegerrands and more Event Cocktails.
If you are ever uncertain about what to expect from a Briefcase, you can find the details on a particular pack by tapping the "?" on the bottom-left corner of a Briefcase type in the Black Market.

Please note that the drop-rates listed do not constitute a guarantee. For example, if you have a 3.45% chance of obtaining a Simulation Card, this does not mean that you are assured one Simulation Card every 35 Briefcase results; merely that each time you open that Briefcase, there is a 3.45% change of it yielding a Simulation Card.

Lastly, when you are guaranteed one result from a broad category such as “Rare Agents,” any Agent that you have already acquired has a chance of obtaining Agent Cards, regardless of any prior Briefcase results or Agents already acquired. If a Briefcase ever gives you a greater chance of obtaining a specific result, it will say so. You cannot acquire brand-new Agents via Briefcases.
