If you are getting stuck loading the game, the fix is usually uninstalling and reinstalling the game BUT in order to ensure that your progress is saved you will need to contact support. Email them at archer-support@eastsidegamestudio.com and tell them the number that appears near the top right of your screen as your game is loading. They should be able to use that to save your progress. Once they have confirmed that step is completed, they will ask that you uninstall and reinstall the game to resolve the issue.
