Your Simulation will not automatically deliver Cash, or continue to earn past its batch limit, unless it has been Automated.
If it has been Automated, but has since stopped producing Cash, it is possible that something has caused the Cash generation timer to become out of sync.
Here are some examples:
- Your device's time was changed manually.
- You traveled through one or more time zones.
- Your region has adjusted into or out of daylight saving time.
The first thing you should do is restart your app, as this may resolve the issue. If you are still not earning Cash when you reload the game, try the following:
- Complete the current operation you're on (if you're able)
- Wait until real time catches up to the time you changed your device to (whether it was manual or automatic change)
- Player Support may be able to reset your current operation manually if you submit a ticket.
